While we work well with photographers, we often need shots that are different than the still portraits they need (and vice versa). Are your photographers aware that they’ll need to share time with videographers for Bride & Groom portraits?

General Liability Insurance

If the venue requires a Certificate of Insurance (COI), we can provide General Liability Coverage. This coverage protects against third-party claims of bodily injury, property damage, and personal and advertising injury, with coverage up to $2,000,000.

Getting Ready / First Look

Where will the Bride be getting ready? Is there anything we should know for getting there?

Reception

Are you having an indoor or outdoor reception, or both?

Will food be provided for the videographer(s)? Typically, we eat when you eat. Unless there are speeches DURING the dinner portion of your wedding day.
